TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Nature of Services
RUITONGS provides independent third-party inspection, factory auditing, and sourcing support services. We act solely as your on-site “eyes and ears.” RUITONGS is not a manufacturer and shall not be held responsible for factory production delays, shipment delays, or latent defects that may arise after shipment.

2. Inspection Standards
All quality inspections are conducted in accordance with the ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 (AQL) sampling standard, unless otherwise agreed in writing. A “Pass” result indicates that the inspected samples met the agreed criteria at the time of inspection and does not represent a guarantee that every unit in the production batch is free from defects.

3. Limitation of Liability
In the event that negligence is proven against RUITONGS, our total liability shall be strictly limited to a maximum of five (5) times the service fee paid for the specific service in question. Under no circumstances shall RUITONGS be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, production delays, or airfreight costs.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Notice of cancellation or rescheduling must be received at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled inspection date. Cancellations made on the day of inspection will result in a full service charge to cover inspector deployment, travel, and scheduling costs within our nationwide network.
